LOW SEASON (November-March 15, excluding December holidays and January 1)

Double room for single use: €45 per night

Double/twin room: €55 per night

If the room is booked for two adults, children up to 2 years don’t pay, from 3 to 5 years they pay €10 per night. If the room is booked for an adult with a child, the cost is that of a double room (€55).

HIGH SEASON (March 15-October 31, December holidays and January 1)

Double room for single use: €52 per night

Double/twin room: €62 per night

If the room is booked for two adults, children up to 2 years don’t pay, from 3 to 5 years they pay €10 per night. If the room is booked for an adult with a child, the cost is that of a double room (€62).

To all prices must be added the tourist tax € 6 per person/night  (up to 10 nights) which or b&b must pay to the Municipality of Rome (children less than 10 years of age are exempted).
